Administrative detention military conscripts is being held The National Police in case of violation of military registration rules by conscripts, conscripts, and reservists etc.

At the request of the CCC and the SP, police authorities carry out administrative detention and delivery of detained persons who have committed administrative offenses.

The reason for the detention of the CCC and SP may be both the recorded fact of committing an administrative offense and the detection of an offense during the verification of military registration documents.

Reasonsand administrative detention  National Police:

lack of a military registration document;

lack of military registration records;

being on the "wanted list" of a conscript;

failure to appear for summons;

refusal to serve a summons;

detection of inconsistency of the military registration document with the data from the Oberig register;

untimely submission of information about a change in one's place of residence, education, work, or position;

violation of the order of conducting training sessions.

A protocol shall be drawn up on administrative detention, which shall indicate: the date and place of its drawing up; the position, surname, first name and patronymic of the person who drew up the protocol; information about the detainee; time and reasons for the detention. The protocol shall be signed by the official who drew it up and the detainee. In the event of the detainee's refusal to sign the protocol, a note shall be made in it to this effect.

The location of a person detained for committing an administrative offense shall be immediately notified to his relatives, and at his request, also to the owner of the relevant enterprise, institution, organization, or the body authorized by him.

Authorities (officials) authorized to carry out administrative detention shall inform the centers for providing free secondary legal aid about each case of administrative detention, except in cases where the person defends himself personally or has invited a defense attorney.

Administrative detention of a person who has committed an administrative offense, may last no more than three hours.

In the event that the actions of the employees were unlawful and the conscript was injured, the conscript has the right to file a complaint with the head of the specialized defense prosecutor's office about the commission of criminal offenses by the employees of the CCC and the SP in order to enter information about the criminal offense into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations.
