WITH 01.01.2025 by 31.12.2025 People who have the right to retire at the age of 60 will have insurance experience is at least 32 years.
Insurance experience - is the period during which a person is subject to mandatory state pension insurance and for which monthly insurance contributions are paid in an amount not less than the minimum insurance contribution.
Since January 1, 2004, the insurance period is calculated based on data contained in the personalized accounting system, and for periods before the implementation of the personalized accounting system - on the basis of documents and in the manner prescribed by the legislation in force before the entry into force of the Law "On Compulsory State Pension Insurance", as well as data included on the basis of these documents in the register of insured persons of the State Register of Compulsory State Social Insurance.
The main document confirming a person's work experience is the work book. In its absence or in the absence of relevant entries in it, work experience is established on the basis of other documents issued by the place of work, service, education, as well as archival institutions.
If the register of insured persons contains information about the length of service acquired by a citizen before 2004 (in particular, the employer or the insured person submitted a work book for digitization), an old-age pension may be assigned automatically. If, according to the register of insured persons, the length of service is insufficient, an application and additional documents must be submitted to assign a pension.
Ukrainians will be able to retire at the age of 63 with experience from 22 to 32 years old, and in 65 years old – 15-22 years old. If a person has up to 65 years old there is no minimum insurance period, she is not entitled to an old-age pension, but will receive social assistance from the state in the amount of 2361 UAH.
